The Hawaii Real Estate Investors is open to anyone interested in real estate investing at any level. Memberships start at just $120 per year per person. Guests are welcome. The guest fee is $15 per person for our regular monthly meeting, which can be applied to your membership if you decide to join that evening.

Monthly Meetings – The meetings and workshops provide stimulating and thought-provoking presentations by key speakers in their fields of expertise covering a variety of subjects pertinent to real estate from an investor’s viewpoint. Handouts are frequently made available covering key points. Speakers answer questions enabling you to gain professional insight. Periodically there’s a special “Question and Answer Session” where members submit their questions/problems and draw upon the knowledge and expertise of the general membership.
Networking – Come early stay late. People meeting people, the time before and after programs provides a valuable opportunity to discuss your investment program with other members. The perfect opportunity to interact with folks just like you. who share ideas, dreams, aspirations.Develop your personal financial team. (This is the most valuable part of being an association member, because it provides encouragement and assistance.
Newsletter
- A monthly newsletter will be available on the HiREI web site providing information about association meetings, programs, activities, news and articles of interest to association members.
- Discover timely, informative articles that provide the latest updates on taxes, financing, real estate laws, new products, discount services and expert advice.
- Newsletter advertising is available to our members to alert other members of investment opportunities or services available.
Library – Members can borrow from an extensive library of books and tapes consisting of thousands of dollars worth of specialized material free of charge. They cover everything from buying, selling, renting, and repairing.
Other
- Workshops – Hot topics that include do-it-yourself remodeling projects, evictions, how to collect a judgment, valuing an investment property, and our very popular Buy, Sell, Trade to name just a few.
- “For Sales Tables” – Tables in the back of the meeting room will be available for members to place flyers telling about properties “For Sale” or “Properties/Services Wanted”
- Deal Announcements – At each meeting all members are invited to present their deals to the MC and have them announced to the forum.
- Special Gatherings – Free to members and their families, these events will afford you an opportunity to get to know your fellow association members on an informal basis.
- Vendor’s List – An organized system of professional services, contractors and building material suppliers that allow you to join in a fantastic infrastructure of commercial members covering all aspects of property ownership.
